End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of software applications developed and operated by IPG Capital (“we”, “our”).

License

Our applications are private, internal tools used exclusively by IPG Capital for property management and financial reporting automation. No license is granted to any external party to use, copy, modify, or distribute these applications.

These applications are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IPG Capital assumes no liability for any issues arising from their use.
